Qualifications:
- Must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age
- Must have a relevant four-year degree course or of automobile vocational training course
- Must not have any traffic violations past twelve (12) months
- Must not have a history of suspension or revocation of driver’s license for any cause
- Must take and pass the neuropsychiatric test from a government accredited entity
- Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License for at least five (5) years
